It was during her university studies in political economics that Tamira first developed her passion for coaching, adult education and organizational development. Her career steps included employment at a coaching institute, a migration project for women and acting as head of a management department at the University of Freiburg. Her expertise in coaching and as a trainer lies primarily in teaching resilience and application of mindfulness.
