Ines is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Psychology at the University of Freiburg. She brings valuable experience from her previous roles in the People & Culture departments of different sustainability-focused companies. As a certified systemic counselor, she has a natural talent for listening to the needs of her colleagues. At Carbonfuture, Ines is supporting our recruitment and onboarding processes for new talents, as well as nurturing personal and professional development initiatives that contribute to a company culture in which we all take pride.
